The room smelled awful, but the Wi-Fi finally worked after they helped me with a box.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from Nana BTS. Unfortunately, the room had a persistent odor from old carpets.

The room and bathroom had an unpleasant moisture smell!!! The Wi-Fi connectivity was abysmal, requiring a separate box to function!!! The bathtub looked stained and uninviting!!! Hanging clothes was not an option due to cigarette odor!!! Lost property management left much to be desired!!!

The location brewed excitement as we ventured across the vibrant streets lined with charming eateries and authentic Thai markets. The staff, with their warm smiles, truly enhanced our stay, eager to help with anything we needed.

However, the room had an odd mustiness, and some amenities felt outdated, which affected the overall comfort level. One unexpected surprise was stumbling upon a group of enthusiastic sellers right outside the entrance, occasionally feeling overwhelming.

We had a fantastic stay thanks to the hotel's prime location just a short walk to vibrant nightlife and local eateries. The cleanliness of the rooms and the welcoming ambiance left a great impression. The staff were incredibly friendly and always eager to make our experience enjoyable.

The hotel can be a bit challenging to locate as it’s tucked away at the end of a narrow alley.

the staff provided exceptional care and went above and beyond (even while i was sick). rooms are spacious and well-kept, with good air conditioning. breakfast was included and delicious, offering a variety of options.

However, the side street access might feel a bit isolated for some guests.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the good air conditioning and the comfy bed which made sleeping a breeze. The leisure room with a pool table and a cozy lounge area were perfect spots to unwind after a long day. Just a small thing to note, the TV didn’t have any English channels, but that didn’t ruin my experience. 😊
